The written presentation
Ten chapters. An informed next step.
The ten chapters below summarize the presentation in writing, with pauses for reflection and disclosure review. Use the language selector to read in English or Spanish.
01 / 2 MINUTESWhy extra income and flexibility interest people
Welcome to Hercules Success Center. This presentation is an invitation to learn before deciding. People explore an independent business for different reasons: supplemental income, a more flexible schedule, an interest in wellness or the chance to develop useful skills. None of those motivations makes a particular business the right fit automatically.
Start with your own situation. How much time can you consistently make available? What responsibilities must come first? What can you afford to spend without relying on future earnings? An independent business is not a job offer. There is no salary, and a flexible schedule does not mean effortless work.
Our purpose here is to explain the work and the questions to ask. You can learn, pause, ask for more information or decide this is not for you.
Write down your reason for exploring and one boundary you want to protect: time, budget or family commitments. Take a moment to write it down before continuing.
02 / 2 MINUTESWellness begins with a customer relationship
Wellness is a broad area of everyday life. People have different routines, preferences, budgets and questions. A business begins with understanding those people, rather than assuming that a broad market creates demand for your individual service.
A useful customer conversation starts with listening. Ask what the person wants help understanding, explain product information accurately and leave room for them to decide. Support can include practical habit check-ins and accountability when the customer wants them. It should never depend on pressure, medical promises or guaranteed results.
A lasting relationship requires more than a first sale. Make yourself available for appropriate questions, respect a request to stop contact and seek feedback about the service you provide.
Picture a hypothetical permission-based conversation: ask a question, listen, clarify the need and agree on a next step. This is an illustration, not a customer result.
03 / 2 MINUTESWhat Herbalife is—and what a Distributor does
Herbalife is a nutrition company operating through a direct-selling model. Independent Distributors explain and sell products to customers and provide support. Distributors are independent entrepreneurs, not Herbalife employees.
The work can involve learning product information, meeting prospective customers, answering questions, handling sales, following up and keeping business records. Each builder must understand and follow the current rules that apply to their market.
Hercules Success Center is Germán’s independent education and mentorship property. It is not Herbalife’s corporate website and does not replace official policies, agreements or training. Use official sources for current product, cost and qualification details.
Official Herbalife business opportunityHow does running an independent business differ from being an employee? Name two responsibilities you would personally need to manage.
04 / 3 MINUTESCustomer-first retail and coaching
The foundation is a genuine customer need and a product sale. A customer-focused seller learns to explain products clearly, respect budgets, discuss expectations and follow through on service. Coaching can add support around everyday habits and accountability; it is not a healthcare credential.
Think of the customer journey as a sequence: listen, educate, let the customer decide, provide appropriate support and follow up with permission. A person who wants only products should be able to remain a customer. A person who says no deserves a respectful response.
For a hypothetical weekly practice, schedule time for learning, customer conversations, service follow-up and recordkeeping. This is an example of work to organize, not a forecast of sales or income. Keep health claims within official product information and refer medical questions to qualified professionals.
Draft three open questions you could ask a customer without promising an outcome. Explain how you would respond if they were not interested. Review your answers before moving on.
05 / 3 MINUTESHow earnings can occur
Distributors may earn retail profit by selling products. Eligible Distributors may also earn commissions and bonuses tied to product sales and business performance, including qualifying team sales under the current plan. You cannot earn money solely for recruiting or sponsoring someone.
These are possible ways earnings occur, not promised results. Retail sales revenue, retail margin and net business profit are different measures. The amount left after business expenses may be lower than a headline earnings figure, and expenses can exceed earnings.
Do not use someone else’s story as an income forecast. Review the current U.S. Statement of Typical Distributor Earnings and read its definitions, the population described, the reporting period and the treatment of expenses. Qualification rules and current details belong in official materials, not in assumptions.
Consider revenue minus product cost, then other business expenses. No earnings figures are implied. List the expenses you would need to understand before deciding.
06 / 2 MINUTESDifferent ways to participate
Most Distributors join part-time, and many join primarily for product discounts. People’s intentions, activity levels and experiences differ. You do not have to begin with an ambition to build a team.
Some people focus on serving retail customers. Others emphasize wellness habits and customer accountability. Some choose to develop leadership skills and mentor other Distributors. These descriptions are ways of approaching the work, not official ranks, qualification shortcuts or separate compensation plans.
Full-time business goals require especially careful planning. Treat a goal as something to evaluate against your actual results, expenses and responsibilities. Do not assume that a part-time effort will become a full-time income.
Which area interests you most: customer service, habit support or learning to mentor others? What do you still need to understand about it?
07 / 3 MINUTESWhat Germán and Hercules Success Center add
Germán’s approach draws on 20+ years of Herbalife experience, including growth and periods of rebuilding. His current focus is a simple, ethical system that builders can learn, use consistently and teach to others.
The framework covers onboarding, learning to attract customers, respectful follow-up, useful content, wellness challenges, CRM habits and a repeatable event and opportunity-meeting process. Mentorship and community make room for questions and practice.
Duplication means teaching repeatable practices—not reproducing another person’s income. AI and automation may assist appropriate routine tasks, but they do not replace human judgment, consent or accurate communication. Never fabricate testimonials or results with technology.
Before deciding to work together, ask what support is available, how it is delivered and whether any optional tools or activities involve costs. No specific support schedule or outcome is promised here.
Choose one practice, such as a permission-based follow-up. Explain how you would document it and teach it without sharing a customer’s private information.
08 / 3 MINUTESRealistic expectations: work, skills and uncertainty
A business involves effort, time, learning and uncertainty. Success is not guaranteed. Your experience depends on your skills, consistency, available time, customer demand, costs and how you build the business.
You may hear no. You may need to improve how you explain an offer, organize follow-up or serve customers. A mentor can help you think through those practices, but cannot guarantee sales or income.
Set a budget you can afford, keep records of income and expenses, and review whether the activity fits your life. Protect your essential commitments. If you need predictable immediate income, this opportunity should not be treated as a replacement for that need.
Consider the nonfinancial demands as well: selling, rejection, learning rules and maintaining relationships without pressure. An informed no is a valid outcome of this presentation.
Write down your available hours, the costs you need to verify and a point at which you would review the fit. Pause to consider one reason this may not suit you.
09 / 3 MINUTESRead the current earnings disclosure
Before making any decision, open Herbalife’s current Statement of Typical Distributor Earnings. On the official page, choose the United States statement in English or Spanish. Use the current document rather than a screenshot, a remembered number or an exceptional story.
Read the entire statement. Look at who is included, how participation and earnings are described, which period is covered and what it says about expenses. A business result shared by one person is not a guarantee or a statement of typical results.
If something is unclear, bring it to the conversation. You should understand the basis of any figure before relying on it. This presentation deliberately does not quote costs, discounts or qualification figures that may change.
Read the current U.S. earnings statementTake time to open and review the official document. Write down a question about typical experience, expenses or eligibility.
10 / 2 MINUTESApply for a conversation, when you are ready
If you want to explore further, the next step is an application for a conversation with Germán or his team. It is a chance to discuss your goals, available time, experience and biggest questions.
An application is not an enrollment, purchase or promise of acceptance. It is not a commitment to join, and it does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. You should feel free to ask about the everyday work, support, costs and realistic expectations.
Before a conversation, review the earnings statement, prepare your questions and think about what you can consistently do. If your interest is personal wellness only, the separate Hercules Wellness customer site is the appropriate next step.
What would I do in an ordinary week? What costs should I budget for? What does mentorship include? How will I evaluate whether this fits?
